Searching for Jane November is National Adoption Awareness Month. Nevada City resident Jan Fishler was adopted and she's written a book, "Searching for Jane, Finding Myself," about her search for her mother and the feelings of loss children of adoption often feel. We'll talk with her about it.

Adoption Story Tina Randolph Alexander is a PhD candidate in the UC Davis Department of History. She's also the mother of 11 children, seven of which she adopted. We'll hear her story.

Listener Emails We'll hear listener reaction to recent Insight topics.

Greg Mortenson The "Three Cups of Tea" and "Stones Into Schools" author is speaking in Modesto this weekend and "Stones Into Schools" has just been released in paperback. We spoke with Mortenson about his work in Afghanistan the last time he visited Sacramento. This segment originally aired in December 2009.
