Arena Plan: Convergence A citizens' committee is reviewing proposals for a new arena in Sacramento. On the next Insight, we continue our series on all four plans being considered by the Sacramento First Task Force. Developer Gerry Kamilos explains how his new Convergence plan is different from the one that collapsed last year.
