third over three years? California American Water will be hosting
two community meeting today and tomorrow to inform customers of its
current request for a rate adjustment from the California Public
Utilities Commission. We'll talk about it with Evan Jacobs,

Arena Task Force Decision The four plans for
a new arena go before the Sacramento City Council tomorrow.
Sacramento First Task Force, a citizen's committee that considered
and ranked the proposals, made their decision on Friday. We'll talk
with comittee member Chris Lehane about why they favor David
Taylor's plan over the others.
