Democrats Budget Plan Are California lawmakers any closer to a budget deal? On Wednesday, we spoke with Republican Senator Tony Strickland about his ideas to balance the state's budget. Today, we talk with Senate Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, the Democratic leader, about their plans.

Local Photographer in Yemen Folsom-based photojournalist Micah Albert is currently in Yemen covering the pro- and anti-government protests that are happening there. He travels to Syria and Jordan next. We'll talk with him about what he's seen in Yemen so far.

Westboro Free Speech The Supreme Court just ruled in favor of the Westboro Baptist Church in a First Amendment case, saying that they do have the right to protest at funerals. We'll talk with University of Florida professor Clay Calvert. He's the former director of the First Amendment Center at Penn State and he filed an amicus brief on the Westboro Baptist case. He's currently teaching at UOP's McGeorge School of Law.
