Insight: Tokyo Aftershocks / Mental Health First Aid / Lisa Davis / Michelle Shocked


Tokyo Aftershocks Tokyo may be at serious risk from a massive aftershock and associated tsunami according to UC Davis seismologist John Rundle. Friday's magnitude 9.0 earthquake has been followed by hundreds of powerful aftershocks that are migrating southwards and there is historic evidence of major earthquakes off the coast of Japan being followed by another similarly large quake nearby within a short period of time. Today on Insight, we'll talk with him about it.

Mental Health First Aid Would you know how to help a person with a sudden mental-health crisis? What should you watch for and what should you do or not do? A free public education program in Northern California is aimed at teaching people how to identify signs of mental illness in others and give them tools to help.
