The EPA's Lisa Jackson was the main attraction at a forum put on by Greenwise Sacramento. That's Mayor Kevin Johnson's initiative which has the lofty aim of turning Sacramento into a green business hub. She says she came at Johnson's insistence.

LISA JACKSON:  "He kept bragging about this thing called Greenwise, and now I see why he does. Because it's really a testament to a community that can see the reality of green jobs and real growth."

Jackson also met with Governor Jerry Brown and state environmental officials about a range of issues, including fuel efficiency standards.
