Skinner We'll speak with the artist known only as Skinner, who is one of the few Sacramento artists ever to honored with a coffee table book of his artwork.  He also does designs for figurines based on his artwork, and is well-known for his skate "decks" (boards). Not only is he internationally-known for his art, he's also a lead singer and guitarist with a heavy metal band.  THEY have a new album out as well.
