Insight: CSU Non-Resident Enrollment / Wasting Lunch / Central Valley Recovery / "The Inn at Rose Harbor"

CSU Non-Resident Enrollment Citing $750 million in funding cuts in the past few years, the Cal State system has announced it will close admissions for the spring 2013 semester except for a select group of students, mainly those who have earned an Associate Degree for Transfer from a California Community College. However, Cal State leadership has given individual campuses the discretion to admit out-of-state students who pay higher fees, a decision that is causing an upset among students and faculty who believe non-resident students are being given priority over Californian students because they can pay for it.
