Mayor Johnson - Sacramento Mayor
Kevin Johnson has been leading the effort to keep the Kings
basketball team in town. Last week, he introduced a new deal that
was presented to the NBA Board of Governors in effort to counter
Chris Hansen's accepted proposal to buy the team from the Maloofs
and relocate it to Seattle. Today on Insight, we'll talk with Mayor
Johnson about his role in putting together a deal and what he
thinks the NBA will do. We'll also talk with him about the state of
city and his education and farm-to-fork initiatives.

special vote-by-mail election wraps up Tuesday and many voters got
to see firsthand the innovative tactics campaigns use when polling
places are basically out of the picture. Davis Enterprise Reporter

"This Vicious Minute" - Slicing your skin
with razors may not sound addictive, but for some people it is.
"This Vicious Minute" is a one-man show written by UC Davis
graduate Ben Moroski that explores the psyche of a high school
valedictorian and football star who can't stop cutting himself.
KOLT Run Creations is producing the show at Ooley Theater, which
runs through March 9. We'll speak with writer-actor Ben Morowski
and co-founder of KOLT Kelley Ogden.
"This Vicious Minute" will run through March 9 at 8 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. All shows will be performed at the Ooley Theater, 2007 28th Street in midtown Sacramento.
