Capitol Chat In this week's Capitol Chat, we talk with reporters Amy Quinton and Katie Orr. Amy has been covering state government at the Capitol Bureau for a year, but is moving back to the main station to pick up the environmental beat. Katie Orr, most recently of KPBS, is replacing her. We'll talk with them both about bills moving through the legislature and what it's like to cover California's Capitol.
