Ida Lieszkovszky comes to Capital Public Radio from WCPN-ideastream in Cleveland, Ohio, where she focused much of her work on the effects of the economic collapse. Lieszkovszky has also worked as a reporter for the wire service KosovaLive in Prishtina, Kosovo where she covered stories on the small nation's lack of an educational system to the challenges faced by war survivors. But politics and government have always held big interest for her. "That's why I'm thrilled to be a state government reporter for Capital Public Radio working alongside some incredibly talented reporters and producers here," says Lieszkovszky.
