When it comes to real estate foreclosures, no market has been hit any harder by the recession than the city of Stockton, whose misfortunes have been widely publicized, from segments on 60 Minutes to stories on the BBC. So where is Stockton real estate today? As part of our ongoing series “Road to Recovery,” we wanted to get an update from someone who’s involved at the ground level. Kevin Moran is a veteran real estate agent and broker in Stockton who once rode high running his own successful offices. Now, as he rides out the recession, he’s working for someone else. Moran recently spoke with Capital Public Radio’s Paul Conley.
