Woodland City ballot measures V, S, T, and U are being voted on in the June election.
Opponents say the Measure V proposed 1/4 cent sales tax increase is being presented in a way that would allow funds to be used for general fund expenditures instead of the projects specified by the companion advisory measures.
We’ll hear the pro and con arguments from Woodland City Manager Mark Deven and Bill Long, board member of the Yolo County Taxpayer’s Association and contributor to the blog By Hell Chronicles.
The segment is 12 minutes long.
