Ed Mills is the Associate Vice President of Admissions and Enrollment at Sacramento State. He says without a state budget in place, he can’t say if he’ll be able to admit new students for the spring semester.
“We’re allowing students to conditionally apply, but we won’t make any offers of admission until we know what the budget situation will be, and from a campus perspective, what our fall enrollment is.”
Mills says if the budget doesn’t allow for new admissions, students will be able to change their application from spring to fall, or withdraw it and receive a refund for the application fee.
