The Sacramento City Council will have several fresh faces by
the end of the year - but WHICH fresh faces, we don't know
yet. One incumbent, Lauren Hammond, is stepping down by
choice. Two more, Ray Trethaway and Robbie Waters, lost in
the June primary. Voters have already picked Trethaway's
successor, but the other two seats are up for grabs on
Tuesday. So we invited the Sacramento Bee's city hall
reporter Ryan Lillis in to break down those two races and discuss
what the next council might look like.
