Two of those customers are Michael and Stephanie McCaffrey in
the town of Twain Harte. They own and operate the McCaffrey House
Bed and Breakfast Inn.
The McCaffrey's say it's been a rough winter with several
consecutive days of outages in both November and December.
Michael McCaffrey says the latest outage started last
Sunday.
