the names of the 11 California peace officers who died in the line

Cantil-Sakauye was among the public officials who spoke:
Cantil-Sakauye: "When you have beloved ones in law enforcement, questions like how is your day and how are you doing and how are you feeling take on greater import."
The solemn ceremony included the release of a white dove for each of the fallen officers and a 21-gun salute.
