Mullock is charged with falsifying police reports and lying under oath in 24 cases he worked from January of 2009 to January of 2010. D.A. Jan Scully says the cases were mostly DUI cases and that the lies were varied, unnecessary and cast doubt on everything else Mullock did during the course of those investigations.
