From 1 P.M. to 10 P.M, seven days a week you can ask online job coaches questions or participate in a mock interview by instant messaging. And if you upload your resume, the job coaches will return it with improvement suggestions within 24 hours.

"Having that ability to connect with a live expert in that field and have them maybe look over your resume and offer suggestions for improvement or maybe do a mock interview practice. That's really a valuable tool not available in a lot of places."
Allen says a state grant is paying for "JobNow," so it won't
be affected by the proposed $800 thousand budget cuts to the
library.
All you need to access the program is a library card and a
computer with an internet connection.
