From 1 P.M. to 10 P.M, seven days a week you can ask online job coaches questions or participate in a mock interview by instant messaging.  And if you upload your resume, the job coaches will return it with improvement suggestions within 24 hours.

Stephanie Allen supervises "JobNow" for the library.

"Having that ability to connect with a live expert in that field and have them maybe look over your resume and offer suggestions for improvement or maybe do a mock interview practice. That's really a valuable tool not available in a lot of places."

Allen says a state grant is paying for "JobNow," so it won't be affected by the proposed $800 thousand budget cuts to the library.
All you need to access the program is a library card and a computer with an internet connection.
