Upbeat Housing Report Still A Rarity

It was another week of bad housing numbers. Zillow.com reported that Sacramento housing values dropped by 14% over the previous year. Sacramento Business Journal Editor Jack Robinson says these bad numbers will eventually turn around...someday.
