Guides were able to resume regular tours through the Capitol. It was a marked contrast from a day earlier when hundreds of protestors crowded hallways and the rotunda. David Keck is a volunteer who says he and others helped students who came to lobby.
"They were looking for the members offices and we do have those directories, so we were giving them direction on how they could locate their state Senators and state Members of the Assembly."
Law enforcement officers say most of the citations given were for trespassing-but the one person who remained in jail was there for possession of a deadly weapon.
