An Amber Alert was issued by the California Highway Patrol in Glenn County for two missing sisters: two-year-old Randi Martinez and five-year-old Vanessa Martinez.    

The Willows Police Department reported the girls are likely with Leonard Dale Tuttle, Jr.  He is described as 6-foot-seven-inches tall, 360 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and red lips tattooed on his neck.  All three are of Native American descent. 

Tuttle was last seen driving a white Mitsubishi Lancer with a license plate S-P-I-B-3-4-7.
