following a shooting in Old Sacramento Monday night.
Midnight fireworks show has been cancelled.

Sacramento Police report that one person is dead and four
others injured in a shooting during New Year's Eve festivities in
Old Sacremento.
Sacramento police spokeswoman Officer Michelle Gigante said
the violence took place at 1033 2nd Street in Old Sacramento.
News 10 reports that the scene has been secured, according to
a reporter and photographer at the location.
