The Sacramento County Board of Supervisors has approved a plan to lease an existing building at Executive Airport to E-V-A airlines. That will allow the company to develop a flight school that will include classrooms, offices, dormitories and hangars - and could accommodate up to 100 students. Linda Cutler is with the Sacramento County Airport System:
Cutler: "There will be about a 15 million dollar investment in the airport system by EVA. They anticipate there will be about 35 local jobs generated by this once it is up and running."
