Birthright Citizenship Act The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2011, by Rep. Steve King would eliminate the award of automatic citizenship to all babies born in the US. HR 140 would stipulate that at least one of the parents must be a citizen or legal permanent resident. We'll talk about it.
