Phil Angelides Politician and developer Phil Angelides is in Sacramento to sign copies of "The Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission Report." He chaired the commission that looked into what caused the market to crash. Today on Insight, we'll talk with him about who's to blame.

Downtown Design National design experts Mark Dawson, Betsy Jackson and Story Bellows give advice on what to do with Sacramento's downtown corridor. We'll talk with some of them about their recommendations.

Peg Brand Dr. Peg Brand, a philosopher and artist from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, will be giving two public talks at Sacramento State today. We'll talk with her about "Virtues and Values" and "Dying Gracefully."

Dr. Peg Brand presents "Virtues and Values" from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. today in the Redwood Room at the University Union and "Dying Gracefully" from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. today in the Forest Suite of the University Union, Sacramento State.

Sound Advice: George Shearing Blind jazz pianist George Shearing is remembered in this week's Sound Advice with Paul Conley. He died Monday of heart failure at the age of 91.
