Insight: New Union for Sac Managers / Anaheim Kings? / Legality of BLM Bidder Case / Sound Advice: Classical

New Union for Sac City Managers Hundreds of Sacramento's managers are among those who could be represented by a new union seeking to protect them from furloughs and budget cuts. We'll talk with union organizer Dee Contreras about why she's leading the effort and we'll hear from Craig Powell, Vice President of the Sacramento County Taxpayers League, who is against it.

Anaheim Kings? There are already two NBA teams in Southern California - the Lakers and the Clippers - how can they possibly support another team if the Kings move to Anaheim? We'll talk with Matt Coker, sports columnist for The OC Weekly, who used to work at the Sacramento News & Review, and Dexter Fishmore, a Lakers fan who blogs about the team and is looking forward to having a new SoCal rival.

Legality of BLM Bidder Case Tim DeChristopher was a college student when he decided to bid in a government land auction to stop it from being bought for oil drilling. He's now on trial for fraud. We heard from DeChristopher earlier this week and now we'll talk about the legal implications of what he did with attorney Stuart Somach.
