are being debated on the floor of the California State Assembly and
are being well received by Democrats, Republicans and the business
community. We'll speak with SB 15's sponsor, Senator Mark
DeSaulnier (D-Concord) and SB 14's co-sponsor, Assemblywoman Susan
Bonilla (D-Contra Costa). We'll also speak with the CEO of
the Silicon Valley
Leadership Group, Carl Guardino, about why business
leaders support budget reform.

Iraq Marshes Environmental changes

in the Mesopotamian Marshes of southern Iraq (recently featured on
60 minutes and the Nature Documentary Braving Iraq) in a
lecture series at Sacramento State this
