Goodwill's Alternative Sentencing Plan Goodwill says it could boost homeless shelter funding by $250,000 if the Sacramento Supervisors put it in charge of the county's alternative sentencing program. We'll speak with Goodwill's CEO, Joseph Mendez, and Sacramento County Supervisor Phil Serna, who is urging criminal justice judges to support the proposal.
