Legislative Open Records Act The California assembly has to make its budgets public because of a Legislative Open Records Act lawsuit filed by the Sacramento Bee and the LA Times. We talk with Rochelle Wilcox, one of the Bee's attorney's about the case.  
The Voodoo Wave Mark Kreidler, a veteran journalist, author, and longtime ESPN writer, spent two years studying the tiny cadre of athletes willing to surf Maverick's big wave. While observing the surf culture, he experienced first-hand the most extreme, harrowing, and, ultimately, historic day in the life of the notorious surf point.  His experiences are told in his new book, "The Voodoo Wave."
Tia Fuller Jazz musician Tia Fuller is an accomplished educator and bandleader who's newest album, "Decisive Step" is getting great reviews.  The Tia Fuller Quartet is performing at the Davis Mondavi Center with through Saturday.
