Salmon Fishing Fisherman and fisheries
experts expect this year's fall salmon run to be the best in a
decade. And, although the population is only predicted to
reach half of normal, experts say this year's large return of
fishery salmon to Sacramento waterways is evidence Northern
California's salmon population is rebounding after a devastating
decline in 2008. We'll look at what the return of Northern
California salmon means to commercial and sport fisherman and what
more salmon means for your dinner table. Watch a video of
salmon spawning at the Nimbus Hatchery HERE.
