Molly Munger Wealthy education advocate Molly Munger is fiercely battling to pass
Proposition 38 this November, which would generate about 10 billion
dollars a year for schools. She argues that a rival tax
initiative- Proposition 30 backed by California Governor
Jerry Brown - doesn't go far enough to help schools. Munger
sat down with Capital Public Radio's state government reporter Amy
Quinton to talk about Proposition 38 and what it would mean if it
passes.

Todd Morgan Benefit for Peter Oakes Todd
Morgan, the 20-something with the soul of a 1950's rockabilly band
leader, is returning to Insight with a new endeavor. He's
using his music to help raise money for a friend struggling in
a fight against stage IV Head and Neck Cancer. Todd
Morgan will be performing a benefit concert Sunday evening at Blue Anchor
Stage in Loomis.
