2013 State of the State The third
State of the State address of Gov. Brown's third term comes as
California has its first balanced budget in many years. Our
special, live coverage will feature former state lawmakers Deborah Ortiz and Roger Niello
and longtime political reporter Steve Swatt in-studio with Beth for commentary
and analysis following the speech. Capitol Bureau Chief Ben Adler and Capitol Reporter Amy Quinton will file reports
including lawmaker reaction from the Assembly chambers, where the
governor will deliver his speech. Ben and Amy will also be
