Capitol Chat It's been a week of quotes for Governor Jerry Brown. On Monday, he gave the commencement speech to UC Berkeley Political Science graduates and on Wednesday, he entertained the California State Chamber of Commerce by explaining why he uses Latin every now and then. Capitol Bureau Chief Ben Adler joins us for our weekly look at the state capitol.

Christian Kiefer Local professor, poet and musician Christian Kiefer's debut novel "The Infinite Tides" is being released in paperback. Kiefer is currently at work on his next novel and is getting ready for the SummerWords Festival at American River College where he teaches. We'll talk with him about getting good reviews, the pressure of following up on a debut novel and what SummerWords is all about.
