A baby food producer has voluntarily recalled one of its products after receiving a single report of glass found in a jar of the product.
Beech Nut has recalled the Classics Stage 2 Sweet Potato and Chicken. The company says it has received only one report of the problem, but is acting with an "abundance of caution."
The recalled product is in a four-ounce glass jar marked "December 2016."
The company has issued more information about what product numbers are affected on its website, BeechNut.com.
