4:40 p.m. - Cal Fire is reporting 80 percent containment at 6,991 acres. Two outbuildings have been destroyed and three outbuildings and one residence have been damaged.
4:13 p.m. - Cal Fire says there are new evacuations and road closures are in effect for the Wragg Fire near Lake Berryessa in Napa and Solano counties.
The agency says 150 more acres burned this afternoon in Wildhorse Canyon, as the south side of the fire flared up.
Since it started a week ago, about 6,600 acres have burned. The fire is 80 percent contained. Cal Fire expects complete containment on Thursday.

3:53 p.m. - (AP) Authorities have ordered more than 200 people from their homes in Northern California after a wildfire driven by strong wind jumped a containment line.
State fire spokesman Daniel Berlant said the fire in Solano County an hour east of Napa Valley wine country flared up Tuesday afternoon, quickly burning through 150 acres. The fire has charred more than 10 square miles since it started nearly one week ago.
A large plume of smoke could be seen for several miles.
Berlant blames rising temperatures and winds for the flare-up.
He says firefighters have dug a secondary containment line in the rugged terrain that should keep the flames from spreading.
A large DC-10 Airtanker has been called in to attack from the sky.
Christine Castillo of the Solano County Sheriff's Office says deputies have ordered 136 homes evacuated, displacing 200 people.

2:50 p.m. - Cal Fire says an additional 150 acres has burned on the south side of the fire, with new evacuations and road closures in place.

2:10 p.m. - The Wragg Fire in Napa and Solano counties has become active, causing authorities to issue evacuation notices for several areas.
The fire, which stood at 71 percent containment with 6,591 acres burned as of Tuesday morning, is again sending smoke plumnes into the sky.
The Solano County Sheriff's Office says mandatory evacuations include the west side of Pleasants Valley road from Cantelow Road to Gates, including the Pleasants Ranch area and other private roads on the west side of Pleasnts Valley Road.
An evacuation center has been established at the Three Oaks Community Center, 1100 Alamo Drive, Vacaville.
