In the aftermath of today's attacks in Brussels, the Sacramento International Airport says security is the priority of the day.
Airport officials say SMF continues "To collaborate with the TSA and the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department...and will implement any directives from the US Department of Homeland Security or law enforcement." They also say "if you see something, say something."
Security is its highest priority 365 days a year, not just in times of international crisis, according to a statement from SMF.
There are no non-stop flights to Europe from SMF. But travelers flying to or through Brussels should call their airline for the latest travel information.
