Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert announced Saturday her office would not file criminal charges against the police officers who shot and killed Stephon Clark. Days later, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra also found that there was not sufficient evidence to support charging the officers with a crime.
