This week marked one year since Sacramento Police Officers Terrance Mercadal and Jared Robinet shot and killed 22-year-old Stephon Clark in his grandmother's Meadowview backyard.

The year since Clark's death has been a tumultuous one for Sacramento. Since his March 18, 2018 death, the city has seen protests, high emotions and changes to how the police department deals with foot pursuits and body cameras.
