(AP) — An effort by California conservatives to repeal a recent increase in gas taxes and vehicle registration fees ramped up Monday as the supporters turned in more than 940,000 signatures to put the question before voters in November.

California Ruling To Give More Workers Benefits, Experts Say

(AP) — In a big win for labor advocates, the California Supreme Court on Monday limited businesses from classifying workers as independent contractors who can't receive key employment protections.

Nestlé To Draw Power From 100 Percent Renewable Resources At Sacramento Water-Bottling Plant

A water bottling plant in Sacramento is going green. In May, Nestlé Water North America will begin drawing all of its power from renewable sources at it's Sacramento plant, which in the past was criticized for bottling city water during drought.
