Big Tobacco Raises $17 Million To Oppose California Cigarette Tax Increase

Californians Will Have To Register Made-At-Home Guns

People who build their own firearms will have to get a serial number for them from the state Department of Justice, under a new law. Governor Jerry Brown Friday signed the final of several firearms restrictions state lawmakers passed last month.
