Wind Youth Services / Facebook

A popular destination for young people living on the streets of Sacramento has closed. But this step back for Wind Youth Services will ultimately allow the program to take two steps forward. And while the physical youth center is gone, Wind is still providing all its services, besides showers, to Sacramento’s low-income young people. Executive Director of Wind Youth Services Suzi Dotson joins us to talk about the decision to close the Wind Center and plans to reopen a new location that better serves area youth.
