Governor Brown has spend most of his campaign focus – and funds – on generating support for Propositions 1 and 2. But this week, and in particular, in response to a question from Capital Public Radio’s Ben Adler, the Governor came very close to sounding like a candidate.  We’ll cue up his comments and let you decide.
