Superintendent Of Public Instruction Races Goes To Incumbent, Tom Torlakson

Incumbent Tom Torlakson will remain California’s superintendent of public instruction. He beat reform-minded opponent Marshall Tuck 52 percent to 48 percent. Joining us to explain where the state’s education system goes now is The California Report’s Education Reporter Ana Tintocalis.
