As 2015 begins, Jerry Brown prepares to begin a historic fourth term as California’s governor. Capital Public Radio’s Capitol Bureau Chief Ben Adler is at the California Capitol with lawmakers as they await the governor to be sworn in. Adler joins us to explain what goals Brown may be planning to achieve over the next four years.
