Big changes are coming to the 12th Amgen Tour of California, starting with the women's race May 11 in South Lake Tahoe.

We'll talk with two local cycling pros — Julie Young and Michael Sayers — about the race and what it means to be a World Tour event for the men for the first time.

Sayers was last on Insight in 2012.
