On Friday morning, Gov. Jerry Brown will release revisions to the budget based on the latest economic forecasts. Capitol Bureau Chief Ben Adler discusses the latest numbers and priorities for the state government.

He'll also discuss changing the demographics of California’s registered voters. In recent years, those choosing to register as Republicans has dropped off dramatically, while "No Party Preference" is growing. In fact, new numbers show registered voters are down in general.
