Election Day is done, and absentee ballots are rolling in to be counted.

This year, Sacramento and Napa counties switched to a new "Vote Center" model, where every registered voter receives a mail-in ballot and assigned polling places are a thing of the past. Other California counties continued with the traditional system.

Sacramento, Napa and San Joaquin County election officials join Insight to debrief on how the process went.
