Eppie’s Great Race Runs To The Finish

This weekend will be the final run of Eppie’s Great Race. The late founder, Eppie Johnson, started the race 45 years ago.  His son, George Johnson, now serves as the executive director of the race. 

The race is Saturday, July 21 on the American River Parkway in Rancho Cordova and Sacramento. The race starts at 7:58 a.m. for Epic Challenge runners, and at 8 a.m. for all Ironpersons and relay teams.
