With fires burning across the state of California, Gov. Jerry Brown has made emergency declarations for Mariposa and Shasta counties and he reached out to the president for federal disaster aid.  Ken Rudin joins us for our weekly Political Junkie segment to discuss possible relief the federal government could provide and what it could mean politically.
